Quality Control

The manufacturing process is continuously monitored through rigorous quality control procedures. Technical production notes prepared by our engineering department are integrated with the documentation provided by the customer, ensuring complete traceability and process consistency.

All manufacturing operations are carried out in-house, guaranteeing full compliance with customer specifications at every stage of production while minimizing the risk of errors.

Our functional testing department, supported by advanced testing equipment and highly experienced personnel, ensures exceptional quality and reliability across all production activities.

Each PCB undergoes optical inspection using dedicated inspection systems, while functional tests, performed with custom-developed test equipment specifically designed for the customer's product, verify the correct operation of every board.

Dedicated programming stations allow the batch programming of MCUs, Flash memories, and EEPROMs, while simultaneously performing additional diagnostic and verification tests. Upon request, FCM TECHNOLOGY can complete the manufacturing process by packaging the product in its final packaging together with all required documentation.
